Behind Cadman Group

He created the Cadman Group in 1995, determined to provide trust-worthy and customer-focused property management and commercial real estate opportunities for investors. As owner of half of the properties in the group’s portfolio, Neil is committed to delivering the same unparalleled service to others that he demands for himself.

Neil’s strong intuition, veteran knowledge and community involvement has built a diverse and vibrant business, empowering his team to create value for the neighborhoods in which Cadman Group invests and operates.

Raised in Westchester and with offices in El Segundo and Long Beach, Neil is a proud SoCal native and UCLA alumnus (Go Bruins!) that has lived and worked his entire life in a 9-mile radius.

He is Chairperson of the Board of Universal Bank and a member of the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group. He is a member (and ex-Chair/Vice Chair) of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) DEI Advisor Committee and is Board Member of the IREM Foundation.  A 10-year Board Member of the El Segundo Education Foundation, Neil has served 4 years as Chair, and is also Chair of the CFO of Mychal’s Learning Place.

Additionally, his consultancy Urban Advisors, provides data-driven insights and strategic planning services to real estate investors.

Neil prides himself on his family. He lives with his wife, Becky and their three children in El Segundo.

Neil is dedicated to involvement and impact beyond the Cadman Group, both within the industry and serving the greater community.
