Covid-19 Update

To Our Valued Clients and Tenants,

As we continue to navigate the latest developments with the COVID19 pandemic, we wanted to keep you informed as to our current policies and procedures here at Cadman Group, under the California state Shelter in Place mandated by Governor Gavin Newsom and various municipalities including the City of Los Angeles, Long Beach and Santa Ana on March 19, 2020.

First, our physical offices in El Segundo and in Long Beach are physically closed and our staff is operating remotely, until further notice.  We were well-prepared for this and that transition has been a relatively easy one to implement.  

Our resident managers are operational and maintenance is still being performed.
