Meet Cynthia Roberts

Meet one of our newest team members, resident manager Cynthia Roberts. We sat down with Cynthia to hear more about her and here’s what we learned…
1. Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Chicago. Born and raised on the South Side. I Love my hometown so many friends and family are still there.
2. What’s it like working at Cadman Group so far?
I love the fact that it takes me only 26 steps to get to work. I love where I live and feel very strong about this property succeeding and being comfortable to all the residents
3. Where did you work before?
I have worked in Retail, I was a Medical Assistant to a Gastroenterologist, and in property management.
4. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love all kinds of music, from the oldies, to the 80’s, U2, Earth Wind & Fire, Led Zeppelin and Frank Sinatra. I also love cooking and shopping and I enjoy doing research, along with spending time on Facebook, and YouTube.
5. Why did you want to become a property manager?
I was intrigued about the industry and what the whole process was on the other side of the rent check. I love working with people and in customer service and enjoy that it is an ever-changing industry.
6. Do you have any pets?
I have been rescued for 13 years by Molly, our Maltipoo, she is so cute and spoiled.
